Hi all has anyone had any dealing with cashmaster or sepecifically got the firmware update sd card for the sigma 170 model to allow for new £1 coins and polymer notes.

as emailing them comes up against a brick wall with them saying they will not supply any parts or do any support for anyone who didnt buy it from them even if you want to pay them?? i have a customer who inherited one of the counters when they took over a pub but cannot get any help from cashmaster to get it updated
