First of all, as this is my first post, hello to everyboy and thanks for all the help.
Here goes my question: I'm trying to fix what seems to be a wrongly configured setup with 2 SX-680 cash registers. How is the IRC link supposed to be done? Between IRC1 on both machines or IRC1 to IRC2? Also, do I have to program some flags or anything else?
I've had a look at the information I have found but nothing talks about IRC setup.
Any ideas would be really helpful.

Hi.
They daisy chain, so you connect from IRC1 to IRC2.
You need to set terminal numbers for each machine, and flags 29 and 31.
You need a straight through cable for IRC also, so make sure it doesn't have crossover connections anywhere.
If you still have trouble, we can try other settings.
