I am having difficulties with programming my PLU names with the David software.... lB

For some reason, no matter what case I use to put the name in as, it is uploaded to the AX100 in ALL CAPS.

ie.: put in item PLU 10 as "KoolAid" and it will end up as "KOOLAID" in the till.

Please tell me that there is a way of overriding this behavior. I only have about 75 PLUs, but I REALLY don't want to put them all in manually at the till. This has been the only way I have found of getting the correct case to be used so far.

An idiosyncracy with the software I'm afraid.
You can't change this.

At least you have the software... I've tried to source it for my SX680 to no avail !
