Help with CX200

My shop assistant pressed an unkown key on the register. Now I can't register any sale and when I select any department till display shows "no-CL". Do you know how to get out from this mode and restore till to a normal state? I don't have a manual.

It sounds like someone has removed the clerk from your machine.

Try turning the key to REG mode
then

Really big thanks for your help - it worked, but... I never used to enter clerk ID before, now I need to enter it for every sale. It looks like we've accidentally created some additional clerks? Can I delete them (and how) and restore the till back to its original state, not requiring clerk ID for entering the sale?

Oh. That usually means someone has been in program mode, and set your clerk to be lost after every transaction.
Try this:

Turn key to P mode.
12
RA
00000000
(eight zeros)
CASH/TEND

You might have to log on again the first time, but hopefully it will stay there after the first sale. If it doesn't work, we can try other flags.

Thanks a lot!
The till works differently from before, BUT it works and works in a similar way - important if you don't want your assistant to panic! - We have to press Total, not just cash, and also it prints on both rolls (as before), but with much reduced space between lines and no feed out. To detach most recent receipt you have to press feed key to force printed zone to appear out of printer. Is there an easy code for sorting this? If not - it's not so important and thank you again!
