We took over a retail business that included a Geller SX-580 which came with original David software on CD and RS232 RJ45 PCcable.
I now need to change some pricing and vat items. When using the David utility it attempts to connect to internet to Geller website.
We don't have the serial number to enter for full use and can't register it even for demo, I would assume its because the site to register no longer exists?
Any ideas on if and how we might be able to get software running.
I really don't want to program via till keypad as it is not very user friendly.

Geller have ceased to exist as a company.
David as far as I remember only needed registration to access sales section. Programming should be allowed.
You could try installing on another pc.
If you are using David Pro, then that needs registration to use any part of it, but it won't work with model 690.
