Newbie here.
I have recently acquired a Towa Cx200 register, and am trying to program it. Does anyone have any knowledge of this type of till?
I am wondering how to get the flag numbers to work, as I dont really understand the N1, N2 buttons.
All I wish to do is have 7 departments, mostly all with the same tax code, except one with a lower tax rate, and one with no tax.
The instruction manual is far from clear, I would really like to talk to someone who can advise.

That is an older model. I assume you have the original instruction manual as you mention flags.
To change a flag setting: enter the flag number, press RA button, enter the flag setting and press CASH.
Your manual should indicate a choice of setting for each flag, usually eight bits with an entry of zero (0) or one (1) for each bit. Some flags need two numbers only. Skip leading zeroes.
Here are the standard settings for flags on CX200 found in quick-setup manual.
