I have the manual but cannot find how to change the header / company name and VAT number that are printed on the receipt. Please help!

This cannot be changed by programming. The Geller EX-300 had a rubber name stamp. This would have been made specifically for the business it was supplied to. There are very few companies making these now as there is little demand and you may struggle to find a manufacturer.
