I have recently bought a Geller merlin Mp2 however when i press the cash button or card button it says "keyboard error"
please help
According to me you have to change the keyboard so may be solve your error. If you change your keyboard after that error is same than you have to check your system software and manage your cash register.

in reply to the original post, it could be that something like compulsory sub total and/or compulsory tender is set.
once in the sale , press subtotal
if this then displays the value of the sale without error, note the value and enter the same value into the cash button.
i own up to knowing very little about gellers but at least i reply in english
