Hi, my till won't allow me to sign on. It says error clerk ID then it says sign on. How do i fix this?

Without you even bothering to tell us what model of till you've got then how do expect us mind-readers to start helping you? lB

Most likely cause is that you're trying to sign on with a clerk number which doesn't exist.
