Manual / How to clear PLU wastage

Hello,

We've recently just started to use the wastage mode on gpos but are unsure as to how to clear this data once we've used it (usually every 4/6 weeks) since you can't run a waste report by date range we need to clear it after each stock check

Does anyone know how I can or have a copy of the manual for gpos?
