Help with putting a whole new menu on Fidelity total control

Software: Fidelity Total Control Version 1.5 - Build 19d
2x Uniwell TX-870 Tills

Hi, we are currently in the middle of introducing a whole new menu into the database but the system is very old and slow and it has been used and mucked around many times. I am trying to redo the whole food side of the tills but I am getting no where with putting the names, prices, groups , how it looks on the till, adding sides to an order or selecting what sauce they want or how they want it cooked etc, and a few other things, I need to do it from scratch really but I just cant seem to get it to work. Any help on how to put this new menu on?
