Fidelity Total Control

Hi,
I have just installed Fidelity Total Control on to my new computer, as the the old one totally gave up. It has installed correctly, however when I go to run the program it says it has to check for datebase updates, it performs this and comes to 13 errors that must be fixed before I can run the program. The problem is my manager hasn't peformed a back up for years and we can't find an old back up anywhere. Is there any solutions possible?

Hi Nick,
I dealt with your Uniwell machines when I was previously at Qube.
A copy of the log file or a better description of the error messages would help us to help you.
I presume, from what you're saying, that some form of backup has been restored?
