Hi - I am in desperate need of help. I have to start using the Epos system at work which is a Fidelity system that runs Total Control for a small retail shop. I've had a quick look around the system but am struggling without a manual or user guide.
Does anyone have a user manual for this system for recording deliveries, stock taking, updating prices, entering PLU's etc.

Drop me a PM with an email address and I can send you a copy of the manual.
One of the f keys brings up a manual at any point running Total Control.
