hello!
i've got a system running CES TS v.8.5.83 that was set up by a friend initially. its always had a image of our restaurants logo at the top of all the printed receipts for the customers, and for what ever reason it has now disappeared.
within the receipt setup module of the back office, it gives me options for text lines for header and trailer of the receipt and which size of the text, but nothing that hints at images.
anyone out there know how i'd be able to get my logo back up there?

The graphic logo is held in the printer not the till. There's a utility available for downloading the image to epson printers (and clones).
ah thanks for that! wouldn't have thought about that.
any idea what that utility is called?
