V-R100 Memory

Hi,
I have a Casio V-R100 cash register and I think that the memory is full. When I try and carry out a 'Z' read it just says 'processing' and doesn't complete the task or print anything.
Could the memory be full?
Can the memory be cleared?

i know nothing about this particular cash register. However, every other machine that I have ever worked on, that has stalled on a report, has invariably been caused by either a faulty printer [highly unlikely these days] or memory corruption - usually the PLU file.
your best option is to recover the machine from a recent backup.
- now you did keep a backup didn't you?
