Today, i try to do X report on the cash register.
I am not sure what had i done, when i turn key to Reg1, there are -2- appear on the screen.
I notice there is also CT 1 show on the receipt.
I try to turn key to PGM and hold Receipt Feed the sub total but it is not solve the problem.
At the moment, the register work fine except i can not manual price input function.
When i press department number, the screen appear on orange colour.
how can i do to make it work again?
Any idea?

Because i turn the menu sheet over so it shows -2-on the screen.
I turn it over tpagain then it solve..
I'm also guessing the CT 1 you noticed on the receipt was actually the item count. Am I right?
I mean if the customer bought 3 items would it say CT 3?

i test this morning and its not sort of item count..
Im not sure exactly what it is..
As long as it is not effect the cash register function..
Very expensive to call tech to fix the problem....
