If you are trying to communicate to your TE2000 from your PC you may need to change the Buad rate of the com port on your PC to match your ECR. ex. 19200

Tell us more about your set up and we can give more help.

Done and re-check my cable, it's now done to the correct spec.
Thanks for the baud rate info, would have overlooked that.
So a TE-2000's baud rate is 19200 bps?

I'm using CV-10 version 3.70 (which I found here). Not too sure if this is latest version but it shouldn't make a difference or would it?
I have set my Baud rate to 19200 b/s in both CV-10 and Windows (see screenshot below). Is there any other settings I should change?

Loaded up CV-10, created store name, selected the TE-2000 .ini file, clicked Auto Pgm Maintenance, then Receive, ALL COPY and OK...

...But nothing happens, the program's main window briefly flashes once. Any idea? (it's definitely not the cable as I've checked every single pin 3 times now). Maybe not the right CV-10 soft?

Many thanks for the help up to now...

-Flo.
