OK!!! i am still trying to get my till to the way i want it!!
However one thing is really getting me frustrated!!! I have locked checks/tables!! They have money sitting on them but that does not affect my x or z!!! I cant open the tables to finalise the bill!!! the error message is E51 which is busy check/table!! the manual tells me to finalise the bill but i cant get into the bill to finalise!!! does anyone have any tip or trick that i could use to get my tables back??????
Stupid question but is the clerk you are using to finalize the bill the same as the clerk you used to open the bill/table?
If you have made a manager clerk that you use, take a look at:
PGM3 - 2.clerk - 1.clerk feature - select the clerk you are using and check parameter "Allow clerk to open No. belonging to another clerks"

Yeah that is all checked on the clerks i am using CV-31 softwear so it makes it all easier!!!
Has anyone found that by programming the terminal with the CV-31 softwear that the till does do what you have programmed it to do???
I have created an open food, drink and wine button and linked them all to and open food or open drink Group. When the staff use the open food button it appears as open food but totals as drinks?? but on the 'Z' it appears as open food!!! 
I get the feeling it is an easy fix but just cant see it!!!!
