Do you mean you want to delete all the reporting?

You can preform an "INIT2" and that will wipe out all previous reporting without effecting the programming. But you won't be able to pick and choose what dates you want. It just wipes out all reporting and makes it like a brand new start date as far as reports go.

It's just like doing a flag clear:
1. Power off the terminal
2. Press and hold the display button on the front of the terminal
3. Keep holding this display button as you turn the power back on, release when copyright page appears.
4. You should see a Copyright page and a button that says "OK" Press it.

Once it cycles through it will end on a page which two choices:

1. Flag Clear -- Which will be highlighted
or
2. Init2

5. Highlight the Init2 and press <YES>

It will ask for an "Operation Code"

6. 8888888888 - You will press the number 8 ten times and then press <YES>

It will say "Please Wait" as it erases all reporting.
