Hi,

We have two users that have somehow managed to get 'locked out'. Their clerk button is now red and when you attache their key it says E003 Operator error (I think thats what it says).

The only way we could get them working was to assign their dallas key to a new user.

How do I fix this issue?

Tom

Does anyone know how to solve this, or more importantly how to stop it?

It has happened again with another user now.

YOU HAVE TO ENTER CONFIGURATION WITH YOUR MAIN KEY (YOUR SECRET NUMBER). WAY, PGM-3, EMPLOYEE, PROPERTIES OF EMPLOYEE. IN THE DESCRIBER THERE LOOKS WHICH IS HIS(HER,YOUR) SECRET NUMBER.
SOMEONE OF YOUR PERSONNEL KNOWS THE SECRET NUMBER WITH THE ONE THAT ONE ACCEDES TO THE CONFIGURATION, CHANGE IT, ESTAN PLAYING WITH YOUR CASH REGISTER AND THE ONE WHO KNOWS IF WITH YOUR MONEY....
