Somebody had changed some setting on my QT-6600 and now every clerk can not access other opened tables. Machine says E001 wrong mode when i try.
For example if i open a table with my own code and serve the customer after a while customer wants more drink or etc, when my other staff try access the same table with their own code it says E001 wrong mode.Which clerk open the table then just that clerk enter the that table again.
I tried the find it out but there are lots of settings 
Any ideas ?

Would you please check this setting?
Press Mode then <PGM 3> <2. CLERK> <CLERK FEATURE> and check to see what it says on "Allow clerk to open check belonging to another clerks...
You might want it to say YES
That option is already "YES"
But i realized that, those clerks are training clerks. I can not enter the table if training clerk had opened it.
Is it make any difference ?
