Hi,

Ran into a problem with our QT 6000 terminal. We use tables/checks so that customers can pay at the end of the night which has been working fine however the last week or so we have had several large staff parties and put everything on a table so that their boss could settle up at the end, however once the got to around £400 it locked up as it ran out of memory.

I can't find anywhere in the Memory Allocation to increase the check memory size. Is it possible?

Tom

PLEASE DO A BACK UP TO A COMPACT FLASH (CF) CARD BEFORE CHANGING ANY MEMORY ALLOCATION!

Changing the memory allocation size will erase all information stored in that file.

Tell us what your "Number of items per table" are set to?
