Hi guys / gals,

We've got a QT-6000 which is totally frozen - just gives the usual sales screen but nothing else does anything. Have tried pulling the power and reconnecting but it stays frozen. I was wondering if there was any form of 'Initial Reset', the <CTRL><ALT><DEL> equivalent to kick-start it?

Turn it off, hold down the little standby switch on the front right and turn back on while holding it. Select flag clear when it comes up.

If its got a cf card in and still doesnt work take it out and do it again (I had one machine that someone used a weird card and it locked the machine when it flag cleared with it in).
