PCR-T2200 extra departments

I am currently working on a PCR-T2200, and on the box it states that it supports up to 200 departments, but the manual does not mention as to how to add extra departments, and there is only room for 60 on the keyboard... is there any way to access departments via some other way? Such as, push Department # key, then entering the desired department's #?
