Need Help for SE-S100

My cash register SE-S100 suddenly show the message "ERROR E09" or "ERROR E18" and "BT INIT" i have no idea what to do with that; can anyone help?

Can anyone tell me where to get the IPL file for SE-S100? I do appropriate for your sharing.
