Please can any one help me?????

I am trying to set new prices on my till but the instructions in my manual are not working.
I have been trying for a wile now and all I get is BEEP!!!!!

I have set the descriptions but even when I go to register and press my new buttons it still does not seem as though i have set the description.

Getting very stressed!!!! ;R
