Hello i have two casio ce6000 printers and are having problems with both the fc code i got was fc: 00000000021520 and now i just want to refresh and do everything over. I have a hard and electronic copy of the users manual because i thought one of them might tell me how. Plz help how do i do a factory reset?

That is dealer setup. you need to work out your MAC code using the table in the dealer book.
I think C-tech collective have it... yep, here

After you set the MAC code, go through the rest of settings (memory, keyboard, machine features) it's all there.
