Communication errors 4506 & 1020 using CV-22 to TE2400

Hi, I was in the middle of uploading all editable files for maybe the 50th time, when after the "10 sec wait" the TE2400 stopped to talk to the CV22 software reporting a 4506 or 1020 error.

Have checked the null modem cable, have reinstalled the CV-22 software and I still get the same error. Not sure what the next step to fixing the problem is? any help appreciated :)
