prices are in pgm 1 and item descrition is pgm 2

turn key to pgm this will default start in pgm 1 to enter pgm 2.. turn to pgm press 2 then subtotal..

prices enter price (no decimal point) then hit item u want to allocate the price to.. subtotal to finish..

Descrition..

pgm 2..

Using character sheet enter name of item follwed buy 00 on number keypad then button u want to allocate name to.. subtotal to finish...

does this apply to casio tk 2300 and did you solve the missing text from the customer display ( but it printed the correct item(s) on the journal / customer receipts) ?

Same procedure for the TK-2300.

Would be interesting to know if the problem was solved for other user as changing using those instructions should not affect how it appears on the screen. Only suggestion is that it may have been set to a space by mistake for the product name so none appears.
