Hi, I have a 2nd hand casio te4500f till. I have two problems that I can't seem to solve. I've purchased the dealers manuel but not sure if a total re-program is necessary (and not sure that I'd be able to do it)
Problem 1. I have been unable to change the clerk names...( program mode, 2, subtotal, code, subtotal, enter new name, press cash button then subtotal...this is where it won't work! cash button refuses to work and loud beep sound is made. The cash/tend button does work though in reg mode for transations.
Problem 2. I can not print x or z reports as a password is needed which I obviously don't have.

after you enter the new name, press the 00 button, (might be labelled B) then cash, then subtotal
