I have made a mistake in PGM Mode and now do not know how to correct!!
Basically, I have a key programmed for "Postal Sales", which is VATABLE and now when I have a customer and I input for example £1.99 and then hit this key, it displays correctly on screen but when I then complete the transaction by using either CA/AMT it comes up with the following error code:-
"E026 - Enter Condiment/preparation PLU"
What do I need to do to sort this problem??

Try this:
turn key to program

Subtotal

postal sales button
subtotal
You might lose the tax setting. If so, go back and program tax but this time, don't set the PLU as a condiment PLU.
