I have a CASIO TE-2400 register and a CASIO UP-360 thermal printer. When I close out a check I get PRINTER ERROR E061. The printer is hooked up properly with ethernet cable, powered on, everything appears normal, but no receipt. It has worked before, but today is having problems.

not sure of printer settings but have u tried doing a normal reset?
turn till off at mains, turn key to pgm.. holding down receipt feed, switch till back on keeping receipt feed pressed for roughly 5 seconds.. then release you should see row ffffffffff press subtotal itll print flag reset receipt.. then try printer...
also to reset printer..
turn off orinter with piower button.. hold down feed button turn printer back on keeo feed pressed till it finishes printing.. then release and press feed one more time itll finish printing again.. then try to
print again
