We have 6 Casio SE-S2000 tills with one of them I am having the following issue:
If I try to sign in as follows I get the E008 error message:
1 - Clk# = error 008 appears.
if I login using this method:
CLK# = it automatically logs me in as Clerk No. 2. and allows me to do a transaction.
Q: How do I programme the till to use multi Clerks, I have pre programmed all the Clerk names, just need to turn on the logging in function, or whatever it is called…?
Would appreciate your help as my hair is becoming scarce…!

If you are logged in, 0 CLK# to log out then use number and CLK# to log in.
Eg.
0 CLK# (log out)
1 CLK# (sign on clerk 1)
0 CLK# (log out)
2 CLK# (sign on clerk 2)
Hi Registerman, thanks for your reply, I will try that.
The method you describe works on all our other tills, however, the on I have the issue with will not accept (number) then (CLK#) .
The only way I can perform a transaction is to press just the CLK# (on its own with no number) it then logs me in as clerk 2. (as if this is the only clerk)
I am looking for a way that we can activate or use multiple clerks in the way you normally do as described by your self above.
