Hi, I've set up clerks on the cash register but it won't let me sign in whilst the till draw is open, does anybody know how to change these settings?

I had a similar issue with a QT-6000. We found the option to disable it, but it didn't "fix" the issue, in the end I ended up just shorting the "draw open" line with a PC jumper so the machine thought the draw was always closed even when it wasn't.

To disable the compulsory drawer close on an SE range....

Turn key to PGM
Enter 3
Press Subtotal
Enter 1022
Press Subtotal
Enter 20000
Press Cash
Press Subtotal
