hello i have worked on these tills for 4 years now and have never really had any issues with them until now. these tills where working great until a manager tried to update some prices and ended up resetting the whole system back to factory settings (don't ask me how). I have managed to get all the settings back on except the clerk interrupt doesn't seem to work how it was before. i want to be able to have 2 clerks working at once so while clerk 1 is waiting to cash off clerk 2 can be putting in their products.
i have tried going to PRG 3
1. Machine features
5. General Features
16. Clerk Interrupt
and turn on clerk interrupt.
but this doesn't seem to be helping the whole till freezes when another clerk tries to sign on while the first clerk hasn't finished
