Hi all hope someone can help!!!

I have just taken over in a restaurant and have a casio QT6000 (only every used uniwell in the past!!) I have done some research and found the CV31 softwear for the PC to make programming easier.

But...

I cant find what IPL version is on the till to get started????

Can anyone point me in the right direction??

Any advice on the best way to link the till and the PC would be a great help too!!!

Thank Kevin!!!

I got it started up even got my programming downloaded onto my laptop. I have now spent the last 3 hours setting up new PLU and screens for the restaurant But can not get the file back on to the till!!!

I get an Error 1008 impossible to convert file message!!!

Any advice???? Anyone one!!!! please!!!!!

Hi

If you want to find the IPL versjon do a flag clear. Press the Display on/off button while you turn the till off and on. You'll get a printout with the correct IPL.
There are many different IPL's so check your IPL by doing the flag clear procedure and you might get rid of the error message :lol:
