I am making a basic instruction sheet for people to use with our Casio 140CR, and if I read the manual correctly there is no way of cancelling a complete registration / sale - for example I put something in with the wrong amount and didn't notice until the subtotal was obviously wrong.

How could I correct that? When I took the till roll out the next day and looked in good daylight I could see what the problem was... :(

Turn the key to RF. Enter each item exactly as you did when you made the sale. Use the same payment type as you pressed in the original sale. Turn the key back to REG mode. Now the sale has been reversed

Thanks, refunds passed me by... A shame Corrections didn't have a cross-reference to it in the manual.
