I have today been uploading a logo to our till, using the CV22 software. I was playing around with the settings last week and today ticked on the 'all editible files' within the 'communications' section. Having made a sale shortly after the upload, i am now being prompted to enter a rate of tax and then press the tax rate key. The problem is that this has not been programmed and i am unable to continue with this transaction. I tried to programme the key, but the till won't let me do anything and just keeps beeping at me. I have located the section on the CV22 software which refers to the rate of tax and sorted that out, tried to upload, but keep getting a communication error! Anyone with any suggestions on how i can either reset the till or get past the point i am currently at, would be most appreciated!

I have just read a couple of posts and tried to reset the machine, which seems to have worked!
Wish i had tried this before posting my query!!
Glad to hear you have sorted the problem.
Dont worry about posting your question and then solving it yourself lol, its useful for other people to see how you solved a particular problem.
